Outdoor Classroom

Both of our classes spend a significant amount of time outside. During this time, students have the opportunity to swing, slide, climb, balance, run, dig, tend to our raised garden beds, and cook something up in the mud kitchen. There will also be outdoor lessons, which are guided by the children and the season. Students may spend time learning about insects that they find, observing the changes of the seasons, drawing or writing in their journals, practicing mathematics skills, doing science lessons and more!
